Terms of reservation
It is possible to make a reservation of a chosen apartment for the period of 1 month. Within two working days from signing a reservation contract, the Purchaser is obligated to pay the reservation fee in the amount of 2440.00 (in words: two thousand four hundred and forty and 00/100) PLN to the bank account of the Developer. In the case of signing a preliminary contract, the reservation fee is counted with the value of the property purchased. In the case of resignation, the above mentioned amount is forfeited.
Terms of transaction
Payment in the 10/90 system.
The purchaser pays an advance in the amount of 10 %, the remainder of the price on the day of apartment acceptance.
The construction is financed solely from own resources of the Developer and a mortgage loan raised with BRE Bank Hipoteczny S.A. Your payments are placed in an escrow (trust) account controlled by the Bank, until construction completion and reception of the keys to the apartment. This ensures that the transaction is one hundred per cent safe for you.
