Structure: reinforced concrete
Walls: made from ceramic hollow blocks, walls between apartments and floor slabs are made from reinforced concrete
Roof: steel, made from zinc-plated sheet
Facade: in the light system, with wet flashings made from zinc-plated sheet
Railings and barriers: steel
Window carpentry: PCV windows K=1.1, roof windows
Entrance doors to the building: aluminium, lighting plafonds
Staircase: reinforced concrete, Calabria gres tiles on floors and stairs,  handrails with wooden top, staircase banisters, system doormats, encased counter cabinets
